Summary:
1.Demolition and removal of the spiral stair in the Rotunda.
2.Construction of an elevator in the area occupied by the current spiral stair.
3.Demolition and removal of the two escalators in the Rotunda.
4.Construction of a monumental stair in the area occupied by the current escalators.5.Demolition and removal of the ceiling and light fixtures in the cafeteria.
6.Providing a new ceiling and light fixtures in the cafeteria.
7.Upgrades to the HVAC system serving the cafeteria.
8.Replacement of the exhaust fan and exhaust duct for the dishwasher.
9.Removal of the non-functional neon lighting at the Rotunda and replacement with newLED light fixtures.
