Employment APPLICATION

Employees of East Coast Contracting, Inc. are required to submit background and clearance applications to obtain acceptable PA Department of Education clearance documents as required for commercial construction projects at school facilities.

Some Examples Include:
Pennsylvania State Police Request for Criminal Records Check (Act 34)
Department of Public Welfare Child Abuse History Clearance (Act 151)
Federal Criminal History Record Information (CHRI, Act 114)
Additional Offenses (Act 24, Form PDE-6004)

Employees of East Coast Contracting, Inc. are required to complete the Form I-9, Employment Eligibility Verification, provide documentation of employment authorization and identity as listed on the form, which will be submitted as required for compliance with the U.S. imigration law.
