Schedule:
Substantially Complete 240 calendar days from date of the Initial Job Conference.
Summary:
East Coast Contracting Inc is bidding the General Construction Contract Only - Phase 2
*Phase 1 work is under the HVAC prime contractor and not part of this request for quote
1. Demolition of Coal Silo, Exhaust Stack, Ash Silo and mezzanine .
2. Repair building openings after demolition work.
3. Create floor openings and install grating.
4. Provide miscellaneous concrete equipment pads.
5. Provide handrails.
6. Replace three (3) doors.
7. Create door opening and provide new door.
8. Re-point brick facing on building
9. Provide concrete pad for existing outdoor electrical switchgear.
10. Remove site trees per plans (150 each)

Selective Demolition; Cast-In-Place Concrete; Brick Masonry Repointing; Brick Unit Masonry Repair; Concrete Masonry Unit; Structural Steel Framing; Pipe and Tube Railings; Bar Gratings; Rough Carpentry; Manufactured Roof Specialties; Joint Sealants; Hollow Metal Doors and Frames; Paints and Coatings;
