Repairs to the existing pool shell including the removal of the existing plaster finish and the installation of a finish system. The removal of existing tile lane markers, targets, diving boards and score boards and installation of new. The existing pool return lines and gutter system shall be refurbished. New finishes throughout the natatorium including new ceramic tile on the pool deck, new paint throughout, new acoustical treatments, new LED lighting and new finishes in the upper grandstand spectator area. All associated pool equipment shall be replaced and upgraded. The natatorium team rooms shall be partially reconfigured and completely renovated and upgraded to include ADAAG compliance, along with new finishes and lighting. An existing second floor mechanical room will be reconfigured to create a concessions room with storefront entrance. The existing office storefront will be replaced.
